Human portraits,
painted in oil.

The same patient, layered approach as the animal work, turned to a human face. Send a few photographs and a note about the person — Ceri paints from her Wiltshire studio and will come back to you with a size, a price and a timescale before anything is committed to. Shipped across the UK and worldwide.

Send your photographs

Four or five good photographs in natural light, plus a note about the person — how they hold themselves, what their face does when they laugh.

You'll get a price, a size, and a timescale. Once the deposit is paid Ceri works up a composition for you to approve.

03

The painting is made

Worked in oil, pastel or acrylic over several weeks. You see it at the halfway point and again before it's signed, dated and shipped.
